iStrat Problem Analysis: Business Process Analysis of the existing Client Information System revealed that a mix of paper-based, excel-based and telephonic and manual systems was being used to handle the crucial Client information.

iStrat Solution: Business Process Automation of the Client Information System was carried out. A new system was developed where the Client master data was stored in a secure database which served as the authoritative source for the latest Client Information. All new client information was fed into this system before it became available for further use.

iStrat Problem Analysis: Business Process Analysis of the existing resource management System revealed that a mix of paper-based, excel-based and telephonic and manual systems was being used to manage & track its resources and their deployment.

iStrat Solution: Business Process Automation of the Resource Management System was carried out. A new system was developed to carry inventory of all the resources of the Company. This inventory was updated and modified as it changed. The deployment of resources and the billable time at various Client-sites could be monitored.

End Result: Company was able to do better resource management & billing became easier. Company revenues rose as a result of better resource management & deployment. Client confidence increased due to accurate billing and quick fulfillment of Client requirements.

Client: A Real Estate Company

Problem Posed: The Company was facing problems with informing its Clients quickly about new properties that were now available for buying, selling or renting. This lead to increased business getting lost to competitors.

iStrat Problem Analysis: Business Process Analysis of the existing property promotions system revealed that a mix of paper-based, excel-based and telephonic and manual systems was being used to promote properties to its Clientele.

iStrat Solution: Business Process Automation of the Property Promotions System (PPS) was carried out. A website was developed as part of the Property Promotions System. Althought an excellent Admin/Back Office module was provided with the system to manage the dynamic property promotions information, the Client wanted iStrat to provide a total solution. iStrat provided services on an annual maintenance contract to the Client for daily updations to the properties on the PPS.

End Result: Company was able to do better property promotions to its Clients. Company revenues rose as a result of increased property leasing and sales.

Client: An International Management Consulting Company

Problem Posed: The Company wanted to carry out a subtle market promotions program to generate leads & enquiries from new Fortune 500 & Global 2000 customers for the World's #1 Business Intelligence Enterprise Software Solution for which it was a VAR. Being in the business of Management Consulting and not in sales the Company wanted a dignified approach to business development.

iStrat Problem Analysis: iStrat confirmed the Client's belief that definitive, original technical articles-backed by solid research data with fresh insights into the existing and proposed business intelligence system-in trade journals read by the appropriate functional and business heads would lead to product awareness, interest, desire & enquiries.

iStrat Solution: Extensive research was carried by iStrat out on the existing BI systems and the new BI technology. Based on this research, an article on the said Business Intelligence Technology was written by iStrat. This article explored the strength & weaknesses of the existing systems being used by a majority of Fortune 500 and Global 2000 enterprises vis-à-vis the new BI technology.

End Result: Company submitted the article to various trade journals and although definitive results are still awaited, the Client was confident that the article would generate an overwhelming response.

Client: A UK-based Management Consulting Company

Problem Posed: The Company wanted to carry out research & develop a report on E-governance across the world and its application to UK.

iStrat Problem Analysis: iStrat suggested that the research be broken down according to application of E-governance in countries following governance processes similar to the British system and the others.

iStrat Solution: iStrat carried out extensive research on E-governance and its applications in various government bodies-local, provincial and federal. Specific efforts were spent on gathering research data on applications of E-governance in UK and countries with similar government processes, such as Australia, Canada & India. A report was created encompassing this research and elaborating on possibilities of applying E-governance in various UK government bodies.

End Result: The Company presented the report to its Clients and won acclaim for its path-breaking analytical & visionary report.
